Comprehensive Framework for Addressing the Challenges of Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL)

In the context of vocational education in Indonesia, integrating technology-enhanced learning (TEL) is becoming increasingly important to improve quality and prepare students for demands evolving labour market. Five key strategies can be implemented address challenges TEL implementation. This study focuses on polytechnics acting as strategy owners these endeavours, while environmental constraints included budget limitations, resistance change technical challenges, using 4 first stages SSM. Through model, Indonesia holistically complexities education. TEL, roles educators, stu-dents, IT departments, government are key. addition, it overcome such limitations achieve success adoption with relevant skills digital age. Thus, provide a comprehensive view how realize potential improving Indonesia.
